My father was a member of this bank for over 35 years. He was a retired Army Major who went to West Point. He passed away 9 months ago. We called the bank and froze his account. Due to laws in the state he resided in at the time of his death, an executor wasn’t named for 9 months. FSNB continued to charge him 20 some dollars in service fees even though he was deceased and refused to refund them. All his other banks refunded the service fees.
