Ginna is wonderful. She actually cares about her clients and gives them the best possible suggestions AND takes the time to explain their personalized results. She really makes sure youre comfortable and understand fitness at its simplest level. Ive never felt so relieved and confident in myself and in my diet. I highly recommend doing their bodpod followed by a metabolic test. The staff is incredible, i cant wait to come in 2 weeks to discuss my progress!
Appointments are great but deff Love walk in hours M8-11Th1:30-3 , all the staff seem wonderful you can tell they enjoy their job and to help others. BodPod weight tracking over the course is a must during fat loss process you’ll love it ..just go you’ll see
