Had a InBody test here and the team was great and informative!They also have really great nutritionist available with your appointment should you decide to see one after your InBody.
I love this team! My supervisor pointed me to the Meade Wellness Center after I recovered from a surgery and was stuck getting back into a normal physical routine. I was desperate for physical help and this team jumped in to assist. We all train hard and know how to train but we sometimes have a hard time rebounding after injuries. I reached out in August of 2023 and weighed in at 186lbs. I listened and took their guidance and eased back into working out. Here I am today sitting at 176lbs and getting after my goals!
