Leilani at the Fort Lee branch has been extremely helpful. She helps me anytime I have any issues. You are lucky to have her.
They leave you on hold all day during a system reboot and I can't take money out because there system is down. Poor, poor leadership and not prepared at all. The system was supposed to be up on Tuesday and I was left on hold all day until they closed, I will be closing my account with them after twenty years..I know things happen but you don't treat A mistake by not answering the phones.
