The front desk experience here was extremely disappointing. I tried to schedule my first appointment, and from the very first phone call, the woman at the front desk was noticeably negative and unnecessarily pushy about me “showing up on time.” As a first-time patient, it felt unfair and uncomfortable to be spoken to as if I would be unreliable. Dr. Lee was very professional and effective when he treated my shoulder pain a few years ago. I was not expecting so much information about nutrition, but all of it made sense and no doubt helpful (though may not be for everyone). I highly recommend Dr. Lee!
