It was the worst experience ever. They dropped the vehicle in the wron area at the wrong time, with old bags of food inside. Bad customer service in peron and over the phone. Not recommended. They used to be good, but now i will go to someone else.

I read all the bad reviews on here and was a little apprehensive to rent from these guys. To be fair, I rented a side entry wheelchair van and got a good deal, the van was nice, and the process was painless for the most part. Our rental agreement was sent to my email with a link to electronically sign it on Docusign. That was a little different than I was accustomed to but it was fairly straight forward overall and I was able to review and sign everything on my iPhone.
