SCAM BUSINESS. Had a confirmed reservation for a 12 person passenger van and they never sent a confirmation, called to confirm and whoever answered the phone said he was in the hospital and there were no reservations and hung up on me despite a paid and confirmed reservation. - how does a company with 3 locations have only one employee?

Booked a car rental 25 days in advance. Called 24 hours out to double check status of rental. The individual I spoke with told me I was contacted that the rental I selected was unavailable for period reserved. I received no call nor email stating such. After the call to ensure I did not miss something on my end I reviewed Caller ID and Emails and nothing was received on my end.
