Filed my taxes wrong... put the wrong digit for my account number..
The "new system" is sluggish, does not take care of active duty, retirees, or veterans properly. Insufficient staff to manage number of appointments needed. The staff (most very inexperienced) kept trying to use short forms in stead of itemizing. Would have cost us thousands. FH Tax office also stopped doing state tax submissions, so now we have to either do ourself online or find another tax office.
