Writing a review now because I had a preview inspection (we’re PCSing in 3 weeks) appointment for today 08/26/25 at 11:30am and Still have yet to have anyone knocking at my door and it’s 2:12pm. I’ve called twice with no answer, and left two voicemails. No one has reached back out to me, I’m frustrated I took the day off work to be readily available and my husband is in the field. It’s really unprofessional to have to deal with this because Lord knows if you don’t uphold to their standards, then it’s an “issue”.

I have lived in several on post privately owened housing and this house on fort gordon is the least ready I have been in. Everyday I have had to submit work orders. On day 1 of signing for the house it was cut short and left up to the home owners to figure out.

Joe is amazing, he called to inform me that he was on his way to my home for preventive maintenance check on the home. He was pleasant and courteous. Repaired everything that needed to be repaired or replaced Thank you Joe 🙌🏽🤗

Absolutely Disgusting. My Wife Became Physically Ill. This was without question one of the worst living experiences of our lives. Base housing should be a place of safety and stability for military families. Instead, it felt like a health hazard. Within weeks, my wife became physically ill from the conditions inside the home. They don’t reply to emails when you are trying to move so if you are OCONUS best luck to you getting in contact with them. They never fixed issues in my Azalea house. But the maintenance is amazing in New Olive. They didn’t help use for 2 weeks when our house was destroyed by the hurricane, but finally did something once the Army got on them. Terrible leasing staff. They are rude and will lie to you about houses available. I don’t know any that likes them.
