Useless. We just moved here, and tried to use shared branching, because of the recent address change we could not. Teller said we could take up to our daily limit from ATM - that is not true - their ATM has a $600 limit. And refused to exchange the $20’s taken from their ATM for larger bills. Will not be opening my local account here.
Couldn't get cash out of ATM. Trying to get 400.00. Stated I was over the daily limit
DO NOT TAKE A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. They reported me missed one TWO payments from 4 YEARS ago! Both of those payments were made! When called their department they refused to help at all and said there's nothing they can do even if I dispute it they won't remove anything! Been with them for 5 years of religious payments and this is what they do. Do NOT go here for any credit help!!
Tellers especially Ms Renee at the Corinth Branch are always outstanding. Calls to the call center are always answered promptly and with professional courtesy. I love Fort Financial Credit Union
I have had several disappointing encounters at the Corinth location personally, and witnessed others. I was in the drive thru line and experience another customer's bad service. Before he left the window I had heard all his personal issues and account information. The teller was very rude, and continued to broadcast his negative balances(Maybe her tactics to remove him from the window).
