Horrible service . Can not get to and from work , sometimes hours to book a ride . You request a 12:30 pm pick up and it gives you times to choose from hours away . On demand was 100 percent better .
I had to sleep overnight in the canadien transit border patrol from 10 :00 pm to 5:00pm because for any reason the border patrol with their disruptive behavior they wrecked the course of your life.i lost my job and my appartment in new york and I am stranded in canada for almost 1 month already with no money
I'd give less stars if I could. Terrible customer service, ignorant people. Never on time. Rude drivers. Stranded a single parent with a child. Just terrible. Furthermore, arguing with clients with children in the car and picking up random people that are clearly under the influence. Just pay a friend or call a cab, at least you'll be safe and on time.
