Our story started just this year when two companies, 21st Century Rehab and Home Town Physical Therapy, teamed up to start a clinic in Fort Dodge. We are local to Iowa and therapist-owned. We reduce and eliminate pain, increase mobility, and get people back to the activities they love through hands-on care, prescribed exercises, and patient education. We believe in leadership, compassion, integrity, excellence, and relationship building... and it shows. When you walk through our doors, expect great people and great results.
