Absolute joke of a bank
The staff, customer service, and the wonderful remodel are all fantastic! Deb and Tiffany are especially kind and always my go-to.
They utilize sneaky overdraft fees to nickle-and-dime you, even with more than enough money in your account. Shame how things have changed.
I was charged 5$ month for not updating a simple address(that didn't work for some reason and tried multipletimes) I called for and needed assistance with, but was being ignored and was given multiple reasons why I couldn't be helped.
So when you are young and can’t afford to maintain a $100 balance FCCU solution is to charge you $6 a month on your account to keep you in the negative and the charge you for having a negative balance. This is how they “ leave their members in a better financial position”?
