Yolanda was absolutely amazing. She treated me with so much kindness, respect, and empathy during a really stressful situation. Even though their credit union couldn’t approve what I needed, she went above and beyond to offer guidance, suggestions, and resources outside of their institution to try to help me move forward. She never made me feel embarrassed or judged — just supported. That kind of compassion truly makes a difference. Fort is lucky to have someone like Yolanda on their team. She is truly a blessing.
Absolute joke of a bank
The staff, customer service, and the wonderful remodel are all fantastic! Deb and Tiffany are especially kind and always my go-to.
They utilize sneaky overdraft fees to nickle-and-dime you, even with more than enough money in your account. Shame how things have changed.
