The absolute worst bank, service, and communication I have ever experienced in my life. One mishap after another with no accountability. Steer clear of this bank.
I've been with Verus Bank of Commerce, since they opened, and they have been the absolute best bank I've ever had. They have personally contacted me several times over the years to confirm if, it was me who changed my email, etc. They absolutely have the lowest fee for checks returned for non- sufficient funds, and the ladies who work there have been extraordinary. I know there was a gal who work there a year ago, or so who is a bit slow, but she no longer is with them. I would never bank anywhere else!
Everyone there is very nice and professional!
