Tap services here were honestly pretty smooth and no hassle...I genuinely think most soldiers are just wildly unprepared and have no plans/ don't read emails they receive than get baffled they can't just get on the spot signatures for clearing.
Improper signage led me to wander around the lobby looking for the right office. The receptionist watched me do this instead of helping me. When I asked her for help, immediate attitude. Absolute power trip sitting behind that desk for someone who just wants to register their spouse to deers. Get a grip on this DMV level staff
