You cannot call this office, they do not answer the phone. So I had to go in during walk in hours to ask a simple question. The reason they don't answer the phone (and why it says the number is disconnected when you call) is because they let it sit off the hook.
I don’t really like how their staff specifically Bonnie Dunlop trashes small businesses over their policy. I feel like a JAG offices should have kind supportive individuals who care about the community not bash small business.
Wanted to talk to someone about finance saying some stuff that goes against army regulation, and the SPC behind the desk told me that finance can do that. And the NCO behind her reiterated that finance can do what they want.
We always get our WILLS done through JAG. They always do a fantastic Job.
