Hours on both Google and the JAG office voicemail are both incorrect. The office is closed at 1pm on Fridays not 3. I got here at 1:34pm as an employee got in their car and drove off. I need 3 documents said. Gas is 5 a gallon and its a 30 minute drive just to get there... absolutely unacceptable service.
