I'm a long time member
- can't get vault open to get cash, ATM is in-op, can't disperse cashiers checks, closed or has sign on door to use drive window that's backed up. Reaford Rd. branch needs to hire some professionals - the is a bank! the other branches have rude personnel. -Sad
I’ve been a member for over 10 years and this location is unbelievable why have a bank over here and all yall do is deposit money and withdrawal , nobody in the offices for loans or opening accounts . That is pointless . Then having u wait 25 minutes just to tell u to go to Skibo location
only 2 people in each branch have CS skills. the rest of the employees look like they hate their job. And look like they're being trained on the job. With no formal classroom training. And that's not the employees fault. That's corporates fault. Unprofessional corporate staff.
You’re supposed to be open at 9am and here I am in drive through at 9:10am and you’re still not open. !!
