I been with Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union for almost 2 decades and the customer service is horrible; and has continued to get worse over the last 2 years.
My mother used the LPL Financial services offered through this CU. She passed away, and trying to close her brokerage account to settle her estate with LPL has been the worst experience. No help from the LPL advisor, unprofessional service, inconsistent and non-existent communications. I would never recommend these brokers for anyone. Find a local financial advisor!
if I could give 0 stars I could. I have called and left messages for Shantrice Watkins to call me back regarding a death of an account holder. I have called at least 5 times over a 4 1/2 month time frame .

Worst bank I ever had! They make it impossible to pay loans easily without paying a fee. Website is never working. I'm so glad I'm close to having this car paid off so I won't ever have to worry about then again. NAVY FEDERAL for the win all day!!!
