I called ahead to make sure someone would be able to help me, I was three minutes from the location and was told that yes, someone would be able to. I arrived and the individual who received me told me they are in training and would do their best to help me but are still learning. Had I been told this or known I would’ve gone to the Skibo location like I originally had planned. I have my lunch break to get things such as this done and it was a waste of time stopping by.

I been with Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union for almost 2 decades and the customer service is horrible; and has continued to get worse over the last 2 years.

My mother used the LPL Financial services offered through this CU. She passed away, and trying to close her brokerage account to settle her estate with LPL has been the worst experience. No help from the LPL advisor, unprofessional service, inconsistent and non-existent communications. I would never recommend these brokers for anyone. Find a local financial advisor!
