Extremely poor customer service I came in and was immediately directed to sit down by the representative, who told me she would help me in "a minute." I sat there waiting for almost 40 minutes while watching her continuously serve other customers who arrived after me, completely ignoring me. I ended up having to leave without getting anything done. It was completely disrespectful and a humiliating experience. I do not recommend this location at all.
I called ahead to make sure someone would be able to help me, I was three minutes from the location and was told that yes, someone would be able to. I arrived and the individual who received me told me they are in training and would do their best to help me but are still learning. Had I been told this or known I would’ve gone to the Skibo location like I originally had planned. I have my lunch break to get things such as this done and it was a waste of time stopping by.
Went on Thursday afternoon at 3pm. No line, no waiting. Great service. Way too easy
