Please, if you’re are a soldier you will need a lot of patience here. Unfortunately civilians have a really bad actitud and nothing but not disposition to work. They keep telling me to used the web to get an appointment but don’t actually schedule anything from there. They say “Used the correct process to make an appointment, if you don’t hear from us in a WEEK, you can call or them come to the office and see when you appointment can take place”. Very friendly staff, they helped me knock out exactly what was needed no problems, moved very fast and really had no wait at all
