It’s near impossible to try to contact them over the phone. Go in person
This is the second time I have attempted to work with this office. I have never seen a more poorly ran legal office. My first experience, I waited for 2 months to talk to an attorney, finally, someone from the front office called just to tell me that the attorneys couldn't talk and didn't offer any helpful information. My next experience, I followed their online process to setup a will, stating that they would call in 1 to 2 weeks to finish setting it up. It has now been over 4 weeks with no call. I went in for a legal review of SB documents and was told, this office does not do legal reviews for SB and I was referred to the 1AD Staff Judge Advocate for assistance by Mr. DAN JORDAN. I informed Mr. Jordan, my unit was deployed and my organization is a tenant unit on Fort Bliss and he insisted I reach out to Fort Hood for assistance.
