The wait is entirely too long and they need to stagger their lunch breaks so they are not closed during the lunch hour.
Worst customer service! The clerks are rejecting customers out with the silliest reasons such as go print your documents and come back. They informed me that we will not accept emails or to look at your policy from your phone. While I have been waiting for an hour inside, in the end I left with no registration.
Seldom crowded. Always courteous service. My favorite location.
