I’ve been on hold for more than 25 minutes. They are slow at what they do.
This review is to acknowledge Gilda's efficiency, knowledge, helpfulness, and friendliness. Although she's still in training, she was more efficient than her colleague that helped me when I had to bring more paperwork back.
They are always very helpful and efficient when I visit here for my auto registration. Even when busy, the wait is not long. They have a check in system and numbers issued are great for folks waiting to get attended to. Plenty of seating. Plenty of free parking. Building looks new.
Neat space - but they could really make the place a little more cold ( with burning temps outside ) it was so so hot and suffocating ..! Also what’s with having only 2/3 employees during a busy time ? Disappointing 😞
At least 1 hour and half wait just to renewal sticker. You need to hire more people. What are you doing with all the tax funding.
