The security guard at the front was extremely rude. I called my brother to confirm the details on the back of the title and the security guard said: Sir, take the phone call outside (in a very loud voice). So I told my brother that I have to go and hung up. I told as baffled and embarrassed at the same time because she used a very loud voice when I was literally sitting next to her. Very organized. The wait time without an appointment was about 40 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.

This location for service is very slow and don't care of your times I was here almost 1 hours they call only 4 numbers that have 9 windows to serve but only 2 open. It's certainly disappointing when waiting times are excessively long, especially with multiple service windows available. It can be quite inconvenient when resources aren't optimized to handle the volume of people needing assistance. Hopefully, the office will consider ways to improve the efficiency of their operations.
