I began my property appraisal protest back in April, and as we approach the end of the year, I still have not been given the opportunity for a fair hearing. Linda W. In the drive thru window is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. If you need something done just go inside and hopefully you will get someone who is willing to help. Fort Bend County Tax assessor collectors office is the worst. Please Please Please get Linda out the window!!! I know she gets a lots of complaints with her attitude.

Every time I come here it's worse. They don't know their business and they're rude. I drove 45 minutes and they forgot to tell me I needed a piece of information. So now it will take multiple trips over multiple days to complete a simple task. They're just useless at that office.

Just tax payers waste of money. After owning many vehicles I learned something new that you have to get the original title released from lien holder to register a new vehicle. Interesting things is the lady who was serving me got approval from the person sitting next. Imagine their knowledge to carry out day today business. Give me the address of their's and stated "they have to release to us". Unbelievable people.
