Staff is always great. The new heavy accented guard was just very rude and short. I walked in right at 3:59 talking to the the rude guard telling me to come earlier the clock struck 4:00 and I couldn't pull a ticket. If he hadn't stopped me with his broken hard to understand English I would have made it.
This is truly the best place to go! I had accidentally left my driver’s license behind and had to come back to finish what I needed. When I returned and mentioned I was looking for my license, the person behind the window kindly let me know they had it—they had even tried to get my attention the day before. It was such a blessing that she had my license safe and sound. I’m so grateful!
