Our mother (Norma I.) was placed at the facility in June 2025. During her FIRST weekend there, her phone was taken away, she was moved to a room with no window coverings and no bathroom. A potty chair was not provided. She was not given her prescribed medications. My sister and I tried to reach mom multiple times during the weekend and her phone went to voice mail. Forsyth care and team deserve five stars. They are patient, understanding take the time with your loved one to provide the care they need. They welcomed us with open arms. The care your loved one will receive here is above and beyond ANY other big corp or senior living center in NC. I know from experience. God bless this team and facility. Never change! Others need to take lessons from your team! THANK YOU!

Forsyth Senior Estates were the answer to our family prayers. They provided the exact services for our unique bariatric needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. There is always someone around if you have a question. I once asked the director whether she stayed there because I have never visited and she was not there. It was a turn key solution for us. We are so grateful to have found Forsyth Senior Estates. Every aspect of the care they provide combines professionalism with caring, individual attention for my family member. The staff is friendly, warm, and experienced. My family member was in the earlier small, family care home and has moved with the other residents to the larger facility. Each setting is comfortable and provides social interaction. The physical plant could use some upgrades, which I believe are in process.
