Poor service, shoddy work, and do not stand behind their work Took a lens in to have them remove a little floater inside the lens. Another week goes by, then two. I had to call again. The parts w... read more
answer your phone I have a hard time with companies who never answer their telephone and don't return calls. This is one of them.
****Recommend only taking Nikon to this shop**** I have taken several Nikon items to this shop, and never had an issue. I took a Tamron lens to have the mounting repaired (8/3), and they had my lens for over a month, and had not even ordered the part, or updated my repair cost estimate. I called the 1st time, after 3 weeks, and they said it would be done in a week. The 2nd time, they said they needed to order the part. The 3rd time, they told me they had to "fax" the order, and would do it after labor day. I was photographin... read more
