A great big Thank You to Anita, Adam & staff. My husband’s e bike lost power ( purchased from previous bike shop owner) , still under warranty. Anita and gang were so helpful & went out of their way under very difficult circumstances dealing with the bike manufacturer. It took over two months, but finally fixed. Much appreciated. 😊

Not sure we're talking about the same place. Went into bike shop which has now moved to Big Air Indoor bike park in Tuncurry. Just wanted some brake cables & callipers to fix up brakes on 2 kids bikes. Was told by teenage guy working there it can't be done apparently I'm not sure what happens if anyone's brakes ever stuff up. Apparently nothing can be done about it.
