Very disappointing experience with this office. Their response to my complaint was poorly handled and lacked basic accuracy and accountability. The letter they issued failed to include clear timelines, omitted key factual dates, and misrepresented what actually occurred between myself and the provider they are representing (if its not a friend of theirs and was just done to help).
