I joined this bank when it was US Agencies because they offered collaborative deals/rates between my govt employer and then. Ever since it changed over to Forrit, I’ve be experienced problem after problem. The loan officers are nearly impossible to reach. The fees are outrageous! I can have money in one account and not in the other and when a payment tries going through, instead of pulling it from another acct, they charge a “Courtesy Fee” of $25 and additional fees on top of that.
