Jackie looked like a really promising option when we needed a tax accountant. We emailed her, multiple times. Not one reply. We called her, multiple times. Straight to voicemail. I'm not fussed if an accountant tells me they have too much work in March and April to take on mine. I am fussed when they're a black hole, and I'm left wondering if they're even in business at all.
Jackie got us organized, taught us QuickBooks and helped us sort out the mess a former bookkeeping company had made. She did all of this and was able to cut our bill down by 75%. Just amazing.
Jackie and her team are incredible! I cannot recommend them enough. I have used her services many times, now, with regards to quickbooks. Her knowledge of the system is unmatched. She is also eager to teach me the intricacies of the program, so I better understand what is going on at tax time. You will not be disappointed if you decide to check out Jackie and her firm.

Jackie has helped me through many complicated bookkeeping situations and is a wonderful teacher if you need extra guidance. I came into my job with zero quickbooks experience and with the help of her I caught on very quickly. She also has prepared my taxes and made sure my husband and I get all of our deductions and credits that we would definitely have overlooked if we did them ourselves. I highly recommend Jackie!
