Had a case for a clean slate expungement, was supposed to take up to 1 year, never got ANY KIND of update, after a year I CALL she tells me, when she submitted it she missed something and she was trying to see if they would just let her include it without having to resubmit, I asked “how long will it be before you know anything?” She doesn’t know.
