The worst Cpa experience I’ve ever had… I was charged three times more than I’ve ever paid for tax services. The person that was handling, my taxes was let go from the company and no one informed me. I called and sent emails for months without hearing anything back. Now that they finally have everything finished, 2 days before the due date I had to drive up there to sign and they are making me mail them off myself. Make sure you communicate with the staff. Forrestall will do extensions without your knowledge and not complete the filing of your taxes, regardless of deadline until they cash your check.
