I highly recommend if you’re looking for an incredibly relaxing massage experience. Ben is knowledgeable, professional, and fantastic at what he does. I do a lot of physical activity and my muscles have been feeling consistently tight and sore - Ben thoroughly addressed my problem areas, helped me to understand spot specific issues I was having, and gave me suggestions for strengthening and preventing injury. I left his practice feeling like a new person. Great experience and I will be going back in the future!

If you want to experience professional massage with attention to details this is the place to go. Also,Ben has excellent anatomy knowledge and were able to deeply explain me possible causes of my injury, how to treat it and how to prevent it in future.
Had a fantastic massage this week! Hand down one of the best massages I've had! Ben got so many knots out and left me feeling amazing. Great massage if your working out a lot and cant beat the price. I will definitely be back!
