Forrest is a wealth of knowledge and skill. On top of being a great RMT, he excels as an instructor on these topics. Forrest is excellent at assessment and finding out the root causes of pain. He made me a pair of orthotics, and they have helped me with my overall body alignment greatly! I’m walking way better thanks to him. The osteopathy moves he uses makes me feel like a new person, and I always have way more range of motion when I leave his office. Highly recommend!

Forrest is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! He always addresses whatever issue I come in with and has always left me feeling much better off than when I arrived at his clinic. He is amazing at assessing and finding the root of any issue that shows up in my body and is great at noticing and treating things that could lead to potential injuries. I cannot recommend Forrest enough!
