Do not use her if you actually want something done. She had absolutely no clue what she was doing with our adoption of our son. I questioned her and she said I was wrong, the judge asked her the same thing when we got to court. She was irritated that I was right. When we fired her she argued with us. Hired a new attorney who had everything done in less than 6 weeks. Kathleen is rude, condescending, uneducated and unprofessional.

Well, I say just flat out no. Do not use Kathleen if you are a couple who want something done. She treated us like we were getting divorced, when all we wanted was help getting a trust set up and work through some areas on how the financial side would be distributed. She was very kind to my wife, very rude to me. She only listens to one side and didn't care to hear the other side. Kathleen really helped me through a rough 6 months of divorce procedures. While my ex-husband and I were still living together throughout the process and many things we had figured out already, there were many issues we couldn’t agree on.
