Well, I say just flat out no. Do not use Kathleen if you are a couple who want something done. She treated us like we were getting divorced, when all we wanted was help getting a trust set up and work through some areas on how the financial side would be distributed. She was very kind to my wife, very rude to me. She only listens to one side and didn't care to hear the other side. Kathleen really helped me through a rough 6 months of divorce procedures. I have used Kathleen Forrest for 2 cases now. In my opinion and from my experience, I would highly recommend her to anyone. She knows Family Law! She always returned my calls and messages in a timely manner. Sometimes I would send her an e-mail on a weekend, not expecting an answer until Monday. She responded even on a weekend!
