Honest and very helpful! When my loved one passed away Jeremy and Erin were very helpful. Jeremy recommended filing documents instead going through the probate process which saved us thousands of dollars. honest and very much appreciated considering he could have recommended going through the probate process and earning himself thousands in attorney fees.
I had a great experience with Mr Forrest during my estate planning sessions. He was very thorough and made sure I understand all of the legal aspects.
I am a beneficiary to my father’s estate which Attorney Forrest is handling. Despite repeated attempts, both by email and phone, to speak with Attorney Forrest; he has ignored my request. I find this incredibly unprofessional behavior. I would NOT recommend using the services of an estate attorney who cannot even be bothered to return a phone call.
