I’m not happy with this service, they are very excited to have your business make a sell and install, after $14700.00 for the generator and over $300.00 for warranty we have problems with it changing exercising time on its own, it was missing a nut from the install day, my husband told them all they say is I will make a note, when they should be practicing customer service for customers that spend so much money at once and we have to pay a $60 service charge when they do come if they show up, the generator only a little over... read more

I will clarify I did not use the service, but the workers parked on both sides of a corner street, illegally causing traffic and safety concerns and damaging my yard. I went and asked them to please move them to not cause an accident. The person who appeared in charge told me to deal with it and refused to move despite both HOA rules, traffic laws, and general logic that blocking an entire corner blind is a hazard that could be avoided by walking 35 feet to a a straight area with no houses. We were initially pleased with our generator install by Forrest Jordan. As part of the installation, FJ told us that our old outside breaker panel and breakers would be replaced with all new equipment. After a few months our outside circuit breakers started overheating and tripping, losing power on the hottest days of the year. We called Forrest Jordan and talked with a technician. I’m extremely upset with my experience so far with The Generator Guys! Our generator was installed today 5/2/2025. The generator currently is not in working condition and has errors and cannot be repaired until Monday. A brand new generator and it needs repairs, not happy about that.The installers said that something may have happened during shipping. The installation guys never stepped foot in my house.
