Andrew was very knowledgeable about my generator. He explained everything he was doing. He told what was needed to remedy the problem and did a temporary repair long to see that his diagnostic was correct. I would recommend Andrew to anyone seeking generator repair.
Smooth operation from the sales call to the installation. Randy was the best employee you could ask for. Knowledgeable, prompt, answered all questions and did an excellent job of installation. I’ve had to revise my rating due to poor follow up service to resolve an ongoing (unresolved) issue with our full home stand-by generator ever since installation last year!
Great work
Technician was on time, but I had another appointment to attend. He said he would text me with what he found. He texted me in about one hour saying there was some corrosion on the contact points - he brushed them clean and started the generator several times with no problems. He then sprayed silicone cover over the contact points and he was done. Very professional and effecient.
