I’m extremely upset with my experience so far with The Generator Guys! Our generator was installed today 5/2/2025. The generator currently is not in working condition and has errors and cannot be repaired until Monday. A brand new generator and it needs repairs, not happy about that.The installers said that something may have happened during shipping. The installation guys never stepped foot in my house. Be cautious on pricing! Len (sales rep) sat at my table and verbally quoted me a price while entering the info into his iPad. I did clarify on what he said and he confirmed so I asked for him to email me the quote. A couple of hours later I texted him to ask where it was and he started he would resend. When I received it, it was $1000.00 more than it was verbally told to me. I asked him why and he stated that he entered it into the wrong software version on his iPad. I found what I was looking for in The Generator Guys! Great customer service! I get all the maintenance service I need with their Premium Plan. Money well spent! Todd came out today to proferm maintanence on my generator. He was very knowledgeable, polite and worked on my generator like it was his own. I highly recommend these guys!
