We hired Forrest to help us evict a professional deadbeat who was 'renting' our property . While the tenant (who had much experience with evictions)fought the eviction tooth and nail, Forrest skillfully and professionally handled the court appearances, and successfully deflected the 'tenant's' own counter-suits. During the whole process, he was attentive and reassuring, promptly returning phone calls, and making the whole process as painless as possible. Would use him again in a heartbeat, and I recommend him highly.

Mr. White is my Landlord’s Attorney. Mr. White would try to get me to agree to secure deposit without Mr. White knowing amounts. Mr White would lie and cheat a violation of the VSB to trick me into agreeing. 45 days later Mr. White was supposed to submit the refund to the Commonwealth. Mr White didn’t follow through also with an accounting of the funds. You’re the type of lawyer that you represent.

I called Forrest for some landlord advice, and he answered right away. After I explained my situation, he shared his (very reasonable) rates and asked me to email him the details. He followed up within a day or two and said I could call again if anything changes. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend giving him a call!
