Daughter and son in law purchased products from a distributor- the distributor took the money and ran, no results from Forno- no appliances and out money
L'ingénierie est tellement mal faite que vous devrez déplacer des sondes afin que l'appareil fonctionne normalement. Le contrôle qualité n'est pas effectué, laissant des fils non raccordés. Ne veulent pas offrir de visite d'un technicien, car probablement que personne ne veut se mêler de ces électroménagers cheaps...
Bad customer service
Absolutely horrible. Trying to reach out because oven temperature doesn't regulate. Customer service gives no resolution. What an expensive mistake to buy. I wanted to go below a 1 star but it won't let me post.
I don’t think humans work there. I’m trying to get to them “last few mounts
