yep, pure garbage, I spent 2k on my forno range. It broke, I figured I could go online and buy parts. Nope, there is no way to register my product. The website does not recognize the model number. The serial number is longer than the website says is allowed. My burners all burn yellow flames and stink up the house. The oven dont work
Absolutely terrible customer service. My oven arrived cosmetically damaged, it’s been over six months and they still tell me the part is on backorder yet they are still selling the oven. Home Depot would not take it back as a return because it is a third-party shipment from their company. They just keep blowing me off. I will never buy their products ever again.
Daughter and son in law purchased products from a distributor- the distributor took the money and ran, no results from Forno- no appliances and out money
L'ingénierie est tellement mal faite que vous devrez déplacer des sondes afin que l'appareil fonctionne normalement. Le contrôle qualité n'est pas effectué, laissant des fils non raccordés. Ne veulent pas offrir de visite d'un technicien, car probablement que personne ne veut se mêler de ces électroménagers cheaps...
