I have been there many times for many full bike services, wheel/rim builds and other small/specific problems on my dual suspension and dirtjumper. They are by far the highest quality and just overall the best mechanics I have ever really been to if you want a serious job done to a high performance bike (mtb or road). They are honest, fast without sacrificing quality, and fair in their pricing and they have a seemingly infinite amount of knowledge.
I dropped in with very little notice and a plea to have my front derailer fixed. Dan helped me out and also adjusted rear mech and front break. Had to insist he take some money! Bike is running like a dream now. Highly recommended.
Great service, and great staff
A group of six of us were riding from Sydney to Kiama when we ran into trouble at Waterfall. Two punctures, one with a tyre too damaged to continue, and a rear derailleur malfunction on another bike. We made a detour to Fornix Wheels in Helensburgh hoping they could help, and even though we arrived about half an hour before opening time, they were already open and willing to help.
