I was given the run around by Theresa with communication that was completely contradictory. The hero bbl barely had any results and she admitted not doing a high setting bc she wanted to see how my skin reacted and wanted to be conservative which I appreciated. Therefore she said she would do another treatment free of charge but said to wait a few more months. Theresa is AMAZING! Did a Halo/Moxi/Pico with her last year and just did a Moxi maintenance follow-up and I couldn’t be more happy & ecstatic about my results. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and care are extremely rare! If you have any sort of melanin in your skin and are in the DFW area there is no one else you should be considering for lasers but her.
I love the team at Formula Wellness. They are accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am feeling great and owe that to the people here!
