After challenges with a major high street store, I visited Formby Cycles. A great bunch of lads who went the extra mile to replace a tube, even though they were very busy at the time. The service was friendly, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use their service again.
Really pleased with the service provided by Phil. I bought a second hand e bike of marketplace that turned out to have errors. They saved the day diagnosed and fitted sensors and cleared codes and updated and works fine again now. If it needs a new motor in the future I won't be taking it anywhere else 5 star service
