We have used Formby cycles for over 10 years. But they never fail t go above and beyond. They do all services on the 5 bikes we have. And they are always done quickly ajd to the highest standard at such reasonable prices. My son got a new bike for Christmas and fell off he was really worried about damage. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Needed to get my son’s bike altered before Christmas and they were more than happy to help even though it was at such short notice. Would definitely recommend.
Spoke with Nathan. Although they didn't stock what I was looking for he was exceptionally professional, polite and extremely helpful plus full of ideas and suggestions. An absolute credit to Formby cycles and of course his Mum and Dad xx
Returned to Formby cycles to have a small tweak made to my bike The staff couldn’t be helpful enough despite being busy they made time for me and sorted my issue out Great service again from all the team
