Took a mobility walker that I’d bought for my sick mother in to ask them to tighten the brakes on it for me. Even though they are a bike store this was not a problem for them and not only did they sort it for me but they did so super quickly and they wouldn’t accept a penny from me for the time and effort they spent sorting it. Lovely businesses like that, shows they care about customers both existing or potential and it certainly makes me think this is where I’d now come for a bike. The staff at Formby Cycles were superb. I can whole-heartedly recommend them. Prior to visiting Formby Cycles, I had tried six bike shops in Chester and none offered the customer service or range of bikes that I found here. I test rode several bikes on the Saturday, ordered my preferred option on the Tuesday and collected my new Lady the following Saturday. Brilliant. Phil went out of his way to sort out my warranty issue, good customer service.
Really great customer service; came in to look at new saddles, I had support to adjust existing seat placement and advice on improving cleat position. Will be back.
