I have to say, I don't understand the negative comments about Rob at all! He is a true professional who knows his stuff. Every time I've rented from him for my events, he has been quick and efficient, getting everything done without a hitch. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything goes smoothly is truly commendable. I've had nothing but positive experiences and will definitely keep coming back for all my future events. Highly recommend!
The tuxes for our wedding were perfect, and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Measuring and pickup were quick and stress-free, and they even handled measurements for our out-of-town guests so everyone could rent through them. Incredible service and highly recommended!
Zero stars the worst customer service ever..when I picked up my tux I tried on the pants & then handed it to the guy & gave me a look because I didn't put the pants on the hanger. You are supposed to do that not me !! & I asked if he can make a knot in my tie & he answer " YOU DONT KNOW HOW ? " & after I dropped it off no thank you, have a nice day , hope to see you soon. Nothing
