Excellent customer service. Shannon is amazing. She made sure I got my tuxedo on time even with such a short notice. I also want to thank Ahmed for recommending the “James Bond” look. I got tons of compliments. I highly recommend this place.
My son decided last minute that he wanted to go to prom and it took him another two weeks to figure out what color scheme he wanted to go with (and I mean two weeks prior). I'm the mist of it all the staff was extremely helpful! We were able to get in, get fitted and get out the door in about 30-45 mins. Pick up was fast and easy and drop off was fast. I used Formally Modern Orland Park for my wedding, and Shannon was incredible. She genuinely cares about her work and went above and beyond to make sure all of my groomsmen had everything they needed, even though the wedding was in Florida.
