I recently visited your store to look for a gala dress. The store is absolutely beautiful and offers a wonderful selection. However, I was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff appeared impatient and not very welcoming, which made the experience uncomfortable. When shopping for a special occasion like a gala, customers expect to feel supported, valued, and well assisted. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Warm patient customer service, thank you Ebony. We went just half an hour before the closing time, still both the girls at the reception were so respectful and welcoming, and Ebony also helped us in few dresses that we tried. We weren’t able to select in such short time so we are going back to them to check and try more formal gowns. I am sure going to recommend you to others. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!
