Do not recommend going to this place. The people are all over the place, no structure AND unorganized. A COMPLETE MESS. The LADY who owns the building is rude and nobody knows what they are doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Upset with their lack of care when I told them I never got my son’s tuxedo and it looks like it was stolen. They said you can order a new one. Like I have tons of money to buy more suits from them. I don’t recommend them and I will not order from them in the future since they don’t care at all. I also did a police and carrier reports. I am also going to tell our school district to stop ordering from you all. I am upset about the lack of customer service.
I have been trying to purchase two items from their website for two days now! Website is so slow and full of glitches. If it wasn’t required by my child’s school, I’d purchase from another vender. Never experienced such a stressful attempt to purchase. Their website definitely needs to be updated.
Formal Fashsions provided me a beautifully made, affordable, classy and comfortable dress for a black tie attire wedding! It was perfect. And my husband wore their 5 piece vest tuxedo set that looked great! I would order from them again for a future formal event without hesitation.
