We have been ordering formal wear from them for years for my daughter in choir. They have never let us down. Even if there was a hiccup, they fixed the problem immediately.
We have had the best experience with formal fashions. We found out our performance date was a month earlier than we expected and they got over 300 dresses made for us and sent to us in time. Always so friendly too.
Do not recommend going to this place. The people are all over the place, no structure AND unorganized. A COMPLETE MESS. The LADY who owns the building is rude and nobody knows what they are doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Upset with their lack of care when I told them I never got my son’s tuxedo and it looks like it was stolen. They said you can order a new one. Like I have tons of money to buy more suits from them. I don’t recommend them and I will not order from them in the future since they don’t care at all. I also did a police and carrier reports. I am also going to tell our school district to stop ordering from you all. I am upset about the lack of customer service.
