Went here for a wine, chocolate, and cheese tasting. It was nothing but incredible. The food was delicious and the coordinators were engaging, informative, and eager to share their knowledge of cheese, wine, and chocolate. We had a blast and we’ll definitely be coming back. FYI: It’s hard to find (it’s a small little door on a warehouse), but the photo below should help a bit.

I came here for a cheese making class. The location is a little hard to find, it looks like storage units but then there is a place where they teach the class. I was excited to take the class but it wasn't really what I thought. You don't actually make the cheese, you watch 2 cheesemakers make the cheese. They were great but you are not involved at all, you can ask questions and they provide the printed recipe but they are not that detailed and you have to make your own notes if you wanted to replicate the recipe at home. This is FK's off-site space (used for storage & mail order business) where most of the events are hosted (any of the "Queso Royale" battles or pairing classes; "Cave Tours" still take place at the Cambridge store. Their events rock. See their website for upcoming event details!
