Booked my first massage with Kyle at Form. Wonderful experience, very comfortable tables and relaxing environment. He is a very personable, thorough and skilled RMT with a calming energy that I highly recommend!
I had my first massage with Catherine and I have to say that this is one of the best massages I have ever had! She pays attention to detail and is very obviously highly educated in her feild. I’ve been to form fitness before previously for a massage in the establishment itself Is friendly, clean and welcoming. I highly recommend!
Had Acupuncture with Kassandra. Nice and relaxing and really helped with my Sciatica.
Great experience
I felt like I was in healing hands with Kassandra. I was amazed with her softness and compassionate energy. I have been to 5 different acupuncturist and she is truly one of the best overall experience I've ever had. From the moment the appointment began, I truly felt that she "saw me" and cared deeply for my overall well-being. She started acupuncture with acupressure massage followed by needling. I felt so Zen and blissed out after. 5/5 experience. Will definitely book with her again.
