Will definitely return! One of the only places open on a long weekend after I injured my neck overnight. I got a thorough consult (including knowledge of my rarer chronic illnesses) and a great soft tissue massage. Definitely recommend Ewan and the team here.
If you're wondering about whether to try a class here, do it. I was super nervous before my first class, but Janelle's empathy, enthusiasm and energy made those fears disappear, and I've been hooked on her classes ever since. The other instructors are fabulous as well. I was a complete beginner - weak as & unfit - but after a few months I already feel stronger, fitness is improving, and I look forward to every class. I'm not exaggerating when I say this has changed my life. I'm so glad you opened in Mt Ev
