Ali was a huge help during my first pregnancy, guiding me through a safe exercise routine. Postpartum, she assisted with my caesarean recovery. I’d highly recommend Ali to anyone looking for an exceptional women’s health Physio! She’s also the most genuine person you could wish for - so you know you’re in incredible hands. The best of the best- a physio who cares deeply and is just so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does!
Great experience always
All you injured runners out there, look no further this is the place! A bevy of physio’s at Form & Practice, Mt Evelyn who are runners themselves so they understand the angst a runner goes through when injured ensuring you get the best treatment in order to get you back running again. Mitch my physio I cannot speak more highly off, had dry needling and treatment today, appointment wasn’t rushed and I walked out feeling really positive about the whole experience. Very lucky to have this in Mt Evelyn.
