I wrote a review about Form Physio a year ago but it seems to have disappeared! Form Physio (particularly Tom and Cam) are AMAZING. I blew out my ACL and partially tore the meniscus with bone bruising and I thought my athletic fitness life was basically over. But thanks to the team at Form, I am back to 100% and I would almost say even better than before! All without surgery! I am sooo thankful to Form Physio and I recommend them to everyone I know who needs physio treatment.
I went to Form with back and neck pain, and after just one session with Cam I felt significantly better. I’ve seen many physios in the past, but this experience was truly top‑notch. He also provided helpful stretches for me to continue at home.
I had ruptured my ACL around 6 months ago, and unfortunately was given some bad advice from other medical providers which had made the injury worse. Until I came to see Tom, who treated my injury specific to my situation, and gave me a lot of support and helpful information, during a time where I felt very lost and confused.
