Lindsey is an amazing physical therapist. She’s extremely knowledgeable and attentive to her patients individual needs. The entire staff at Form are so thoughtful and supportive. Highly recommend them.
I work with the same therapist each day..My routine is catered to me. My therapist is knowledgeable and attuned to my level of discomfort so as to avoid excess pain which I appreciate. If I have questions she has answers.. she and the entire staff are there with positive vibes daily which influences the vibes of the clientele. .
