Function physical therapy is a great for your pain he work with you to make you feel better he's very professional and knowledgeable about what he does keep up the good work mr Anderson i appreciate you
I am so glad that I attend this nearby facility for physical therapy. Kevin is among the best of the instructors. He is kind and cares about the well being of his clients. I highly recommend this facility. This will be my recommended facility for my future physical therapy needs, if any.

I had been in an accident and couldn't walk; totally dependent on a walker. After going to this therapist and following his instructions I am now able to walk alot better and not using the walker or cane anymore. It took a minute but I am 80% back to normal and keeping up with the routine at home. He has a lot of patience with the older clients and their issues, as well
I'm a 71 year old retired vet over the years I've had various physical therapist I would highly recommend form and function they are professional courteous they know how much to push and when the back all I feel like they are top-shelf operation
