Form and function physical therapy is a great place to go if you are having.pains the owner me kevin anderson is great I had back and neck surgery and I tell you Mr Anderson worked with me and made my pain better than it was before I had the surgery I would recommend anyone who needs a physical therapist to contact me kevin anderson believe me you will not be disappointed he's the best Iove going to him my pain is a lot better than before thank you Mr Andersen for all you do I really appreciate you
If you are looking for a great and experienced Physical Therapist, call Kevin Anderson at Form and Function. I have been going to his office off and on for 11 years. I refuse to go to anyone else, because he never fell me from getting these kinks and swelling under control. He has a great since of humor, while doing what he does best, which is giving us his time and attention. Thank you Kevin for being the best!
