If you are looking for a great and experienced Physical Therapist, call Kevin Anderson at Form and Function. I have been going to his office off and on for 11 years. I refuse to go to anyone else, because he never fell me from getting these kinks and swelling under control. He has a great since of humor, while doing what he does best, which is giving us his time and attention. Thank you Kevin for being the best!
Function physical therapy is a great for your pain he work with you to make you feel better he's very professional and knowledgeable about what he does keep up the good work mr Anderson i appreciate you

I had been in an accident and couldn't walk; totally dependent on a walker. After going to this therapist and following his instructions I am now able to walk alot better and not using the walker or cane anymore. It took a minute but I am 80% back to normal and keeping up with the routine at home. He has a lot of patience with the older clients and their issues, as well
